    Within 10 days of receiving.
  2. How will the customer get the exchanged product?
    The customer will inform us about the exchange, and will get exchanged product delivered to their house.
  3. Who pays for shipping to exchange the product?
    Customer
  4. The reason which is not valuable?
    Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged or returned for this reason.
  5. The following information needs to be provided by the complainant when lodging the complaint online:
  • Order Number
  • Picture of the product highlighting the defect
  • Picture/Scan of invoice
  • Picture of the parcel.
